The Need
Training professionals, whether new or experienced, can periodically benefit from feedback and new training ideas. Without feedback and fresh insights, an instructor can easily get stale in terms of delivery, audience control, and program organization.

Objectives
 • To design training modules to meet the needs of participant trainees
 • To adapt pre-designed modules for different situations
 • To develop materials to complement training modules
 • 
To implement training modules using a variety of training methods (i.e., presentation,
    interaction, small grouping, and skill building)
 • To evaluate training sessions for content mastery and content application

Program Content
 • Principles of adult learning ... Taking advantage of how trainees learn best
 • Planning the program: Assessing needs, writing objectives, creating a framework, considering
    time and site factors
 • Maximizing training effectiveness through:
    - Dynamic standup presentational skills
    - Increased group participation and involvement
    - One-on-one skill building
 • Conducting the program: Presenting the content, handling distractions, dealing with difficult     situations
 • Evaluating the program: Post-program feedback, long-term follow-up
