The Need
Stress has become an inescapable part of modern business life. If not dealt with, it can negatively affect productivity and morale and create huge "hidden costs."

Objectives

 • To identify personal and work-related stress-producing situations
 • To learn techniques for managing stress
 • To develop a personal action plan to manage job-related stress
