The Need
More and more companies are discovering
that people productivity is a critical resource for meeting the
challenge of foreign and domestic competition, and that productivity
is often based on successful interpersonal relationships between
the manager and the employee.
Objectives

how self-concept and the perceptions of others
shape interpersonal relationships
• To develop action plans (based on self-assessment instruments)
designed to enhance interpersonal communication
• To apply "one-to-one" and small-group skills to
