Target Population: All employees whose jobs require them to write e-mail, letters, memos, reports, or proposals
Group Size: Up to 18 participants
Length of Program: Two Days (plus follow-up)
Course Format: High experiential .. Theory and techniques ... Discussion ... Writing assignments ... Drills and small group exercises ... Instructor and group critique ... Ongoing feedback. Private "one-on-one" sessions for specific problems and applications.

The Need
People often spend hours struggling over reports, letters, and electronic documents, finding it difficult to communicate their thoughts in a clear, concise manner.

Objectives
