Level I Systems Engineer (workstation)/Desktop Application Programmer
Software installation and configuration of all workstations, printers or other workstation peripheral devices. Application development includes word processing and spreadsheet automation and macro creation in Microsoft Access. Does not include the installation and configuration of any associated software on a server.
Level II Systems Engineer (server)/Programmer
Installation, configuration and repair of all servers and any associated peripheral devices, including the installation and configuration of any associated software. Local area network architecture and design. Programming includes development in products such as Microsoft Office Automation (VBA), Microsoft Access (VBA), SQL, FoxPro, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++ and C++ and includes web development.
Level III WAN Engineer
Wide area network architecture, security analysis and design, wireless, spam filtering.
Project Management
Project management services include determining the requirements, developing the scope and overseeing the design and implementation of any technology project, while ensuring compliance with Customer's parameters and adherence to proper guidelines as dictated by hardware and software manufacturers.
