continuing education experience under responsible
sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified
instruction.
This is a significant recognition for
Canterbury Consulting Group, Inc. and for the organizations whose

It means that beginning immediately, all students
that successfully complete a training course
produced by CALC/Canterbury will be awarded full or
partial IACET Continuing Education Units (CEU).
Students who
successfully complete a Canterbury Consulting Group,
Inc.
course will receive a full or partial IACET CEU, and
will receive an appropriate certificate. This
certificate will verify the students' successful
efforts to improve their skills and increase their
knowledge through quality continuing education.
In the approval
process, IACET thoroughly reviewed both the
actual courses and the methodology with which
Canterbury Consulting Group, Inc. designs and produces them. IACET determined that Canterbury
Consulting Group, Inc.
meets all the criteria necessary to become an
Authorized Provider. The criteria are based upon
educational research and have stood the test of
time. They include: a conducive learning environment
for students, needs identification, course planning,
content and instructional methods, assessment of
learning outcomes, and course evaluation. Because of
these comprehensive and strict criteria, the IACET
CEU has evolved from a quantitative measure to a
hallmark of quality training and instruction.
IACET
is a non-profit association dedicated to quality
continuing education and training programs.
IACET's Criteria and Guidelines are the core of
thousands of educational programs worldwide. Located
in
McLean, IACET grew out of a
National Task Force on continuing education
commissioned by the Bureau of Education (now the
Department of Education) in 1968. .
